I'm Coach Suzi - qualified counsellor, life coach, and hypnotherapist.
For the past 13 years, I've worked with women aged 40-60+ who struggle with their weight.
I had my own health crisis at 48 that forced me to make health my number one priority. In the process of getting well, I learned that metabolic health is at the cause of many health issues - and excess weight is a symptom of poor metabolic health.
But here's what I discovered:
βThe diet isn't the problem.
βThe meal plan isn't the problem.
πThe problem is your IDENTITY.
As long as you see yourself as "someone who struggles with weight," you'll keep struggling.
But when you shift your identity to "someone who naturally maintains a healthy weight" - everything changes.

A: No. This is an identity transformation workshop. You won't get a meal plan or food rules. You'll get something more powerful - access to your own inner wisdom about what YOUR body needs.
Q: I've tried visualization before and it didn't work. Why is this different?
A: Regular visualization is about imagining a desired outcome. Future self work is about connecting with the version of you who's ALREADY achieved that outcome and learning from her. She has wisdom, guidance, and answers. That's what makes this transformational.
Q: How long does the workshop take?
A: The main workshop is 60 minutes. The daily practices take 3 minutes total (30 seconds each, 3 times a day). The guided visualization audio is 10 minutes. This is designed to fit into a busy life.
Q: What if I'm skeptical about this "future self" concept?
A: Good. Healthy skepticism means you're thinking critically. Here's what I ask: suspend disbelief for 60 minutes and actually DO the exercise. The proof is in the experience. Most skeptics become believers after they meet their future self.
Q: I've failed so many times. What if this doesn't work for me either?
A: That fear is valid. And it's exactly why you NEED this workshop. Past failures don't predict future outcomes - unless you keep doing the same things. This is different. This addresses the ROOT issue: your identity and self-trust. When those shift, everything else follows.
